Thank you for shopping at our online store Pets 4Ever Plus. We care that you are completely satisfied with the purchases you make as it is our wish to keep you and your pet(s) happy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that “You” are responsible for all associated expense involved when returning your item to us. In clearer terms, you pay your “Own” shipping costs on any item(s) returned. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized pet supplies made specifically for your pet). If you have questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Your return should be mailed to Pets 4Ever Plus 2432 Route 774, Suite 473, Wilsons Beach, NB, E5E 3L0 Once the return is received, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
When returning your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
